Highly recommended. Really helpful and friendly. Just had a service and some major components replaced on very short notice. Bike rides great. Was also able to provide me with a box and assistance with packing for my flight. Outstanding support. Thank you.

We went to Western Flyers to have some last minute adjustments to our bicycles, including changing the handlebar and the handles and installing a kickstand. The people at WF were knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. They took the bicycles, performed the work within a couple
of hours and delivered what we had requested. Just perfect and for a reasonable price!

Very helpful and friendly. Came in with gear issues. Gentleman took a quick look and did some adjustments to fix the problem. All for free!

Totally - perfect experience.

But there is a small difference.

I took two bikes for a day, but had to put up deposit of € 790,00.

Be warned.

Similar experience in Helsinki last week costed € 50,00 for one bike deposit.

Something to wander about.

I would suggest to make insurance so customers account aren’t blocked so brutally.

If you're looking for a good bike, this is the place. I bought an Electra Lux 7D and I love it. Be careful cause there's no manual so see with a professional to built the bike
